2. Receive and review loan offer

We submit your loan request to a Swiss lender only with your consent. We’ll discuss the offer with you – the decision remains entirely yours.

3. Sign the contract and receive your loan

Upon signing, the 14-day withdrawal period starts. Once it has elapsed, your loan will be transferred to your bank account.

How the loan process works

1. Check your options with a non-binding enquiry

We review your situation and complete or update your profile, including all required documents.
Based on your current income and expenses, we calculate your available borrowing capacity in line with the Federal Law on Consumer Credit (FLCC).
Any existing loans are included in this calculation.
In a call, we walk you through your available options.

2. Submit your application

With your agreement, we request an offer from the most suitable lender.
At this stage, the lender carries out its creditworthiness check and reviews the ZEK and IKO databases.
If you are refinancing or increasing an existing loan, the new offer includes the outstanding amount from your current contract, the additional amount requested, and the updated conditions for the full sum.

3. Disbursement and amortisation

If refinancing, the existing loan is settled and transferred into the new agreement.
The amount of the new loan is then paid into your account.
